Below is the team sign-up form for GMSA Summer Indoor Session, tentatively set to begin the week of June 14th, and will run through late mid-August.  To reserve your place, fill out the information below.  Deadline to reserve your team's place in the league is Thursday, May 27th.  Details are as follows:

** Depending on number and caliber of teams entered for men's and/or coed, there may be only one "open" division, instead of an "upper" and a "lower" division. 
(We will have multiple divisions if we have at least four teams sign up for that particular division.)
