Decisions on field conditions and playability, prior to kickoff, are made by the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. Once games kick off, the decision on field conditions lies with the referee.
During the week (Monday through Friday), field conditions will be updated on the front page of the Mike Rose Soccer Complex website: www.gomrsc.com
The decision on field playability is posted at 2:30 pm each weekday (unless inclement weather is pending or in the area, in which case the official decision may be delayed until 5:00 pm).
On weekends (Saturday & Sunday), field conditions are updated on the Mike Rose Soccer Complex hotline (call 751-4223 - option 9).
The decision on field playability is recorded on the hotline by 10:00 am (for all 1:30/3:30 games), or by 1:00 pm (for all 5:30/7:30 games).
Game status:
Games are official if they reach half-time. If weather conditions (or other stoppages, such as light failure, etc.) force a stoppage of a match at halftime or beyond, and that match cannot be resumed, then the score at the time of the stoppage shall be declared the final score.
Any game that does not reach half-time due to a weather-related stoppage, and cannot resume, will be rescheduled. Referees should return money to teams.
